Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Contact us if you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, or if a technical problem prevented you from using the paid service. We will investigate the issue and let you know whether a full or partial refund is approved and why.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. A change of mind, unused subscription time, or a cancellation does not automatically qualify for one; these requests are also reviewed case by case. There is no automatic money-back guarantee under this policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us from the address registered to your CheapChat account. Include the payment date, amount and currency, receipt or transaction reference if available, and a brief explanation of the problem. Please do not send your full card number, security code, or account password.

You can call us for help with your request. We may ask for additional information to locate the payment and verify account ownership, and will communicate the review outcome by email.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund previous payments. A refund request alone does not cancel your subscription.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the original purchase. We will confirm the approved amount and any effect on your paid access by email. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or payment service; we do not guarantee a fixed processing time.

If your purchase was processed by Polar, Polar acts as the merchant of record and its Buyer Terms also apply to payment and refund processing.

5. Your Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in Egypt. Any mandatory refund rights apply regardless of our case-by-case review process.
